Hankins Lumber Sales, Inc. the sales arm of Hankins Lumber Company provides to the retail, reman,
treated, and wholesale markets Southern Yellow Pine dimension lumber, small timbers, and boards.
Our lumber is quality marked by SPIB and is inspected on a regular schedule. For our customers
we sort by grades of #1, #2, #3, and #4. Our small timbers are 4 x 6 and are sorted in #2 and a
#3/4 mix. Quality SYP boards are sorted by “D”and better, #2 and a #3/4 mix. To service our customers
in a timely manner and to insure our lumber arrives as the customer ordered Hankins Lumber Sales has a
fleet of company owned trucks plus contacts with local truck lines that deliver in the same manner as
our customers require. We are the CN railroad and have excellent rates on Center Beam cars to ship to
all points in the USA. Hankins Lumber Sales is staffed by three salesman Donald Williams, Kevin Morris
and Sales Manager Richard Rothwell These three sales people have over 55 years experience in the sale of
lumber to help our customers with their needs.
Our lumber can be run to patterns such as Center Match, “V”
Joint or ship lap. Our 1” boards can be run to flooring beaded ceiling, center match patterns 105 122 116 106.

Our timber sales Department is always activity looking to purchase timber or land with pine timber
